Account and data deletion

Sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account, review the warning and confirm. Deletion is permanent and signs you out. If you cannot access the account, email info@astrozone.hu from the registered address and request account deletion. We may verify your identity before acting.

Deletion removes or de-identifies the account and profile, birth and astrology data, avatars, saved people and uploaded images, reading and prediction history, tarot, dream, compatibility and past-life results, stories, chats and context notes, mood entries, push tokens, notification settings, referral links and unused account credits, subject to technical completion and legal exceptions.

Public share links tied to the account are revoked or removed. Backups may retain an encrypted residual copy until the normal backup rotation completes and are not restored for ordinary product use.

We retain only information required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, security and legal claims. Hungarian accounting records and transaction summaries are generally retained for eight years. They are separated from the deleted product profile as far as technically and legally possible.

A valid legal hold may require limited longer retention. We do not keep product content merely because the account was deleted. For further details and data-rights requests, see the Privacy Policy or contact info@astrozone.hu.
