Major Arcana
The World
The World is a Major Arcana card of the tarot deck. Its keywords are: Completion, Success, Wholeness, Travel. Read below what it says upright and reversed.
- Completion
- Success
- Wholeness
- Travel
What does The World mean upright?
Completion, wholeness and a cycle closing exactly as it should. Something long worked for is finished, and you are standing where you set out to reach. Take the moment in fully before you look for the next one. The World is the deck's final card — and every ending in it is also a doorway.
What does The World mean reversed?
Something almost finished, a loose end, a closure withheld. The last step feels heavier than all the ones before it. Find what remains unresolved and complete it properly. An unfinished cycle follows you into the next.
