Withdraw from a contract
You can withdraw from a web purchase (credit pack or subscription) online, here. We confirm receipt of your notice by email straight away.

Sign in to withdraw
Web purchases always require an account, so we link your notice to it: that way we can identify the contract precisely, and the confirmation goes to your own email address.
If you cannot sign in, you can also send your notice by email (info@astrozone.hu) or by post (Felsőöregszőlők szőlő 159., 6400 Kiskunhalas, Hungary).
Good to know
- You can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase.
- For a subscription we deduct a proportionate amount for the period used until your notice and refund the rest. For a credit pack the right of withdrawal ends once the credits are added — but if you have not used any of them, we refund the full price as a goodwill measure.
- Purchases made in the app (Apple App Store, Google Play) are contracts with the store, so withdrawal must be requested from the store.
